img Do I have to clean the machine?
  No, we take care of all of the cleaning.
img How long does it take for the mix to freeze?
 

It takes about 45 minutes for the first batch to freeze.

img Is the machine easy to use?
  Yes, the machine is very easy to use. We go over the operation of the machine when we deliver it to you.
img How much ice do I need to buy?
  No ice is needed, the machine freezes the mix.
img What do I need to supply?
  All you need to supply is Strong Table - No plastic or glass top, a standard 10Amp power point, alcohol and friends to drink your frozen drinks. 
img How do I order?
  When you are ready to confirm your booking, simply give us a call or email us so we can lock in the date for your function. This needs to be done as soon as possible to secure your date and to make sure we are available on that day.
img What payment methods to you accept?
  · Bank deposit (we will provide with our bank account).
· Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard
· Eftpos - via our mobile Eftpos machines.
· Cheque: (send to: P.O. Box 18, Coburg VIC 3058) - Cheque must clear in our account before delivery date.  
img Is there a delivery charge?
  Delivery is Fee , this including Setup/Pack up & Pickup
Up to 30 KM from the CBD
For delivery that is more than 31KM from CBD , an extra charge will apply.
img Is there any setup charges?
  There are no setup charges for a standard accessible ground floor location. A standard rate of $25 set up above ground (i.e. on 1st or above floor) and A standard rate of $50 set up above ground where no lift is available.
img What if I need to cancel my booking?
  Cancellations sometimes occur. If your cancellation is more than 14 days prior to your function, the payment will be returned. If you do not give us at least 14 days notice, you will lose your payment. Alternatively if you cancel and reschedule a new date at the same time, your payment will be credited to the new date.
